Call for Speakers
Women's Summit
The Women of Pavilion Summit is a one day, executive level experience designed for women driving revenue and leading teams.
We are building a program that is practical, honest, and relevant to this audience. This is a room of operators, so each session should leave women with something they can use immediately -- either a soft skill, hard skill, action item, framework, new thought or new friend.
We are now opening our call for speakers.
What We’re Looking For
We are curating a balanced program across two core tracks.
Hard skills
These sessions should be focused on the tactical, specific, and applicable hard skills that women need to lead. You will be presenting to a VP and C-level audience so this should include advanced concepts.
Examples include
- Financial acumen and SaaS metrics
- Negotiation and compensation strategy
- Building and scaling teams
- AI and automation in go to market roles
- Executive communication and decision making
Soft skills
These sessions should be focused on the human, relational elements of leadership.
Examples include
- The invisible load and managing competing demands
- Building confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome
- Personal brand and executive presence
- Navigating bias, perception, and difficult conversations
- Authentic leadership in an AI driven world
Across both tracks, we are especially interested in sessions that align with our core themes:
- Power and visibility
- Agency and career advancement
- Navigating complexity at work
- Building sustainable leadership and avoiding burnout
Who should apply
We welcome leaders across go-to-market, operations, customer success, and executive roles who:
- Have built, led, or transformed a revenue operation
- Are willing to share both successes and challenges
- Can translate experience into clear, actionable insight
- Care about supporting and elevating women
